Sleeping Arrangements Primary Bedroom – King bed, ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, plush linens, and direct access to the pool Second Bedroom – Queen bed, spacious closet, and easy access to a full bathroom Murphy Bed – Full-size bed in the living area, ideal for an additional guest All rooms are on a single level for easy access throughout the home. Bathrooms Two full bathrooms—one ensuite, one shared—both clean, bright, and stocked with quality essentials including plush towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. Kitchen & Dining The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, cookware, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. Enjoy your morning coffee with a drip machine, French press, or Keurig, then gather at the dining table or step outside for breakfast by the pool. Living & Work Space Unwind in the comfortable living area with a large sectional, ceiling fan, and smart TV with streaming apps. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected when needed.

🏡 House Rules – Please Read Carefully 1. Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM No loud music or conversations during these hours. City ordinance enforced. Fines may apply. 2. No Smoking or Vaping Strictly prohibited indoors. $1,000 fine if violated. 3. No Parties or Events. Only registered guests allowed, make sure to add all guest in the reservation. Written approval required for visitors. Fines may apply. 4. Parking on driveway only. No street or lawn parking. Guest is responsible for any fines. 5. Always keep doors and windows closed and locked when leaving the house. 6. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home, furniture, decor, or amenities and will be charged for extra cleaning, repairs or replacement. 7. No 3rd Party Bookings. Guests in reservation must match guest staying. Violations will result in cancellation with no refund. 8. Check-Out is at 10 AM, unless there is an agreement with the host. Unauthorized delays will be charged a fee of $40 per hour. Please leave the home in accordance to the check out instructions. 9. Pool Safety No lifeguard on duty. Supervise children at all times. Things to Note Pool Heating Pool heating is available upon request. Please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival. Cost: $15 per 5°F increase (setup day), then $15/day to maintain We will send a payment request through your booking Heating will be activated once payment is completed Pool Water Level To help keep everything running properly, please notify us if the pool water level appears low. The correct level is midway up the skimmer (rectangular opening on the pool wall) Maintaining proper water levels helps protect the pool equipment—thank you for your help Pool Care If the pool needs attention during your stay, just let us know and we’ll take care of it. Lighting All light switches are clearly labeled for easy use To turn on the outdoor string lights, use the switch located inside by the dining area We’re here to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
