All rooms are located on a single level for easy movement throughout the home. - Bathrooms You’ll have two full bathrooms, one ensuite and one shared, each sparkling clean and stocked with hotel-quality essentials — plush towels, body wash, Shea Moisture shampoo and conditioner, and hair dryer. - Kitchen & Dining Whip up meals in a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern Whirlpool appliances, a drip coffee maker, French press, Keurig, blender, microwave, toaster, baking sheets, cookware, and wine glasses. Basic cooking spices, oil, salt, and pepper are included. Gather at the six-seat dining table or enjoy breakfast outside by the pool for a true Florida start to your day. - Living & Relaxation Relax in the open living area with a large sectional sofa, ceiling fan, and smart TV loaded with streaming apps (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Prime Video, Apple TV, Roku). A dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi make it easy to work remotely or plan day trips.

🏡 House Rules – Please Read Carefully 1. Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM No loud music or conversations during these hours. City ordinance enforced. Fines may apply. 2. No Smoking or Vaping Strictly prohibited indoors. $1,000 fine if violated. 3. No Parties or Events. Only registered guests allowed, make sure to add all guest in the reservation. Written approval required for visitors. Fines may apply. 4. Parking on driveway only. No street or lawn parking. Guest is responsible for any fines. 5. Always keep doors and windows closed and locked when leaving the house. 6. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home, furniture, decor, or amenities and will be charged for extra cleaning, repairs or replacement. 7. No 3rd Party Bookings. Guests in reservation must match guest staying. Violations will result in cancellation with no refund. 8. Check-Out is at 10 AM, unless there is an agreement with the host. Unauthorized delays will be charged a fee of $40 per hour. Please leave the home in accordance to the check out instructions. 9. Pool Safety No lifeguard on duty. Supervise children at all times. - Pool Heater: If you’d like the pool heater activated, please let us know in advance so we can adjust it to your desired temperature. Cost: $15 per every 5°F increase, plus $15 to maintain the temperature for the rest of the stay. We send to charge to your booking. After the charge has been paid we turn on the heater for your arrival. - Water Level Maintenance: Please monitor the water level in the pool. The correct water level is midway up the skimmer (the rectangular opening on the pool wall). If it’s low, please let us know. Maintaining water level helps prevent equipment damage—thank you for your attention to this! - Pool Service: If the pool get dirty during your stay, let us know so we can launch the pool cleaning robot. - Lighting Instructions All light switches are labeled for ease of use. - To turn on the string lights in the yard, use the light switch inside the house on the wall by the dining table.
