★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at this Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! The spacious layout provided plenty of room for everyone, and having a TV in every room was a fantastic touch. The amazing pool was a highlight, and we loved enjoying our breakfast on the beautiful patio it set the perfect tone for our days. To make the occasion even more special, it was my parents' anniversary, and the host went above and beyond by arranging beautiful flowers and a thoughtful banner for them. This personal touch made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable getaway! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible and perfect house for families with infants. The pool was separated from the terrace which was perfect for our 2 children (1 year & just under 3 years) The house was great, clean AND the amenities were outstanding. From A-Z there was just everything you needed, there was nothing missing. Maria and Jorge were the best hosts we have ever experienced (and we travel a lot) absolutely reliable, mega friendly, responded within just a few minutes, gave us great tips for things to do. They were there right away when we asked them for something. Just perfect 5/5⭐️. We felt at home for the 15 days and would book this house again and again. 🔥 Pool Heater: If you’d like the pool heater activated, please let us know in advance so we can adjust it to your desired temperature. Cost: $15 per every 5°F increase, plus $15 to maintain the temperature for the rest of the stay. 💧 Water Level Maintenance: Please monitor the water level in the pool. The correct water level is midway up the skimmer (the rectangular opening on the pool wall). If it’s low, please let us know. Maintaining water level helps prevent equipment damage—thank you for your attention to this! Pool Service: Our professional pool service team visits every Thursday to clean and maintain the pool. If the pool get dirty in between the regular pool service, let us know so we can launch the pool cleaning robot. Lighting Instructions All light switches are labeled for ease of use. To turn on the string lights in the yard, use the light switch inside the house on the wall by the dining table. We strive to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This house is located in one of Fort Lauderdale's hidden gems. It's set in a quiet, safe area that have close access to all major highways, very central to all that South Florida have to offer, while at the same time you can unwind in the tranquillity of the this house and it's lush backyard. This area was built to have a Florida Keys feel and with the New River at the end of the block and with all the canals in the area you feel surrounded by water. Most houses are owner occupied, and the families who live here love the area and the community. Even though this house is very centrally located, we do recommend our guest to have a car available as there is not very much within walking distance.

Location
Even if it easy to get around with uber, lift or taxi, we always recommend our guest to rent a car if they are not arriving with their own car, as there are not much with in walking distance. The house has a driveway (now with EV charger) in front of the house so free parking is no problem. It is easy to find your way around the area and being so close access to all major highways makes it easy to visit everything that South Florida has to offer.
